Terrible

Purchased very expensive butcher block countertop. Was delivered cracked through and through, essentially I have to pieces of butcher block now. I have called three times asking for refund. Each time I am told someone will reach out to me. No one has. I get the same line "we will escalate this" Worst Customer service imaginable. Order #SO28130594

They truly suck

They truly suck. Tried to buy some curtainrods and lost about 10 days plus, so finally cancelled. Communication is about the worst I've seen. Apparently they have never heard, "underpromise, overdeliver".

I ordered mouse glue traps from them…

I ordered mouse glue traps from them because the local store I used to get them from didn’t have it anymore, at the store they were $.33 each, at Zoro they are $.76, more than double the price and since I didn’t know if I will find them again, ordered 2 cases. I placed the order on June 26/27, had my card charged the next day but didn’t get them until yesterday, a whole month to get something that was supposedly in stock? Geez, I will never order from them gem again! Oh, the store has them again and at the same price, great, I could have cancelled the order because I noticed them over a week ago, too bad I work seven days a week, and didn’t get a chance to do that.

Won't Send me my refund

I return my order $176. And they sent me an email confirming they received it and I would get refunded within 7 d. I emailed after 7d and they emailed me 7-10 days after 10 days they said tomorrow. You guessed it. The next day no refund. I filed a claim with AMEX let see what they can do. I do not recommend

Waste of Time

I needed a part for a machine that I was rebuilding. I tried to order it from Zoro on line, but their web site was not working so ordered by phone about a month ago. I never received a confirmation or even an order number but after non-delivery 2 weeks later, they found my order. Now for 2 weeks, they have not been able to tell me why my part has not shipped and blame it on their vendor. Today, they couldn't even find me in their system so I could cancel the order! My machine has been ready to go, except for this one part for 2 weeks. Today, I ordered from someone else and only wish I had not wasted a month and numerous phone calls with Zoro.

Poor customer care

In the past this firm have been OK. However, when something goes wrong their customer care is useless. I ordered some items on 14th August. They sent me the incorrect order – not the goods I had ordered. A reputable firm would have immediately corrected this mistake by sending out the correct order. However, they insisted on me taking photographs of the goods they sent me, then returning them before sending out the correct order. In the meantime I purchased the goods from elsewhere and asked them to refund the cost of the order that they had not sent to me. I have still not received the refund.
I am afraid that I will certainly not use this company again.

Terrible- I'm a plumber and ordered a big shipment from zoro and on the phone the zoro lady told me that the American standard toilets I ordered came with flush valves, I asked her 5 times and she told me they do...well the resteraunt opens in 4 days and no flush valves, now they tell we that the toilets don't come with flush valves and that they played the tape from that day and they never seid that. So I asked them 5 times that day and have it in my notes but they are basically calling me a lier... Fixtures came broke, late, etc... I do not recommend... X

Order Canceled Again

Once again placed an order for items that were in stock - and once again order canceled several days later with NO reasons given. The price was competitive and with a coupon they sent me I placed the order with the assurance that they would be shipped right out. Fool me once shame on you - Fool me twice shame on you - only an idiot or fool would try it again. Don't Waste Your Time!

This company is not good

This company is not good. I ordered PVC sprinkler supplies and they sent a partial order after full payment. They promised to send the remaining parts I ordered after three times calling customer service but nothing. They wouldn't even send confirmation emails. I'm guessing they probably don't pay their suppliers. Total Scam company.
